Latest Updates of JEE Exam 2025
The JEE Main 2025 Exam Dates have been announced on the official website. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the schedule for JEE Main 2025 Session 1. The Session 1 exams for Paper 1 (BE/B.Tech) are scheduled to be held on January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29, 2025, while Paper 2A & 2B will take place on January 30, 2025. Session 2 of JEE Main 2025 is scheduled from April 1 to April 8, 2025. Recently, the National Testing Agency (NTA) announced changes to the JEE Main 2025 exam pattern. The optional question format in Section B, introduced during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, has been discontinued.
Which IIT Will Conduct JEE 2025?
The JEE Main exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), an independent organization under the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India. NTA is responsible for organizing national-level entrance exams for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in India. JEE Advanced 2025 will be conducted by IIT Kanpur.

Educational Qualification
Must have completed Class 12 or an equivalent examination conducted by a recognized board/institution.
Year of Passing
Candidates who passed Class 12 in 2023, appearing in 2024, or will appear in 2025 are eligible.
Subjects Required
For B.E./B.Tech: Physics, Mathematics, and one of Chemistry/Biology/Technical Vocational Subject.
For B.Arch: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
For B.Plan: Mathematics is mandatory.
Percentage of Marks
General category: Minimum 75% marks in Class 12 or top 20 percentile of the respective board.
SC/ST category: Minimum 65% marks.
Age Limit
No age limit for JEE Main.
Number of Attempts
Maximum of three consecutive years after completing Class 12.
